Independent Evaluation of Delivering as One

Dr. Tristi  Nichols completes her one – year contract with the United Nations, serving on  the Independent Evaluation of Delivering as One, a US$ 2.2 million evaluation effort to assess processes and results   achieved in eight pilot countries, including Albania, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Pakistan, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uruguay  and Viet Nam. The recommendations from this unprecedented evaluation will be  used to   inform guidance for the United Nation’s development activities at a  global level. This guidance is called the Quadriennial Comprehensive Policy  Review on Operational Activities for Development of the United   Nations system (QCPR).
