Manitou has just completed the evaluation of the Regular Programme for Technical Cooperation (RPTC) for the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA).  The funding source, established by the General Assembly in 1946 through one of its first resolutions adopted at its first session, provides technical assistance to developing countries and countries with economies in transition.  Dr. Nichols engaged a total of 27 stakeholders remotely to determine program relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact.  She integrated the systems thinking approach into the analysis.
