Manitou Senior Consultant John Cochran presented results of a station location analysis to the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. The study, which focused on a plan for fire stations, evaluated multiple scenarios and involved extensive GIS analysis and mapping. The scope of the project was enlarged to offer recommendations on the delivery of emergency medical services in coordination with the Fredericksburg Volunteer Rescue Squad.
