Manitou was engaged to provide a fourth update to the City’s master planning process. The original plan, begun in 2013, has been updated to reflect the City’s rapid growth.  Manitou has developed a forecast of incidents, demand for service, and new or relocated units in conjunction with a facilitated planning process overseen by Department leadership. This latest effort marks nearly 10 years of supporting the City, regarded as one of the most progressive fire services in North America.
