Dr. Nichols Returns from Data Collection in the Caribbean

Dr. Nichols just recently returned from a data collection mission on 15 July to Antigua, the British Virgin Islands, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The information gathered will feed into an integrated operational framework. This framework not only describes the services available for Caribbean children aged 0-5 but also the constraints affecting the early childhood development service delivery systems.
